Opening a new restaurant is risky. The Rustic Table needed to generate massive local hype before their grand opening to ensure they didn't launch to an empty dining room.
The Strategy & Execution
Three weeks before launch, we rolled out a localized Meta Ads teasing the menu and interior. We ran a "Win a Table for 4" viral giveaway campaign to rapidly build an email list and Instagram following. We also ensured their Google Business Profile was live and optimized with high-quality food photography.
The Results
The viral giveaway reached over 250,000 local residents. They gained 5,000+ targeted local Instagram followers in weeks. Opening night was 100% fully booked, and they maintained a 3-week waiting list for weekend reservations during their first month.
