Prestige Realty was heavily reliant on Zillow and Realtor.com for leads, paying exorbitant fees for shared, low-quality contacts. They wanted exclusive, high-intent buyer and seller leads in their local market.
The Strategy & Execution
We built a custom Lead Generation funnel using Facebook Lead Ads for broad local reach and Google Performance Max to capture high-intent searchers. We created specific campaigns for "First-Time Homebuyers" and "Home Valuation" paired with automated SMS follow-ups through a CRM.
The Results
In just 30 days, we generated 512 exclusive leads at an incredibly low CPA of $14.50. The automated follow-up ensured prompt contact, leading to 12 closed real estate transactions in the first quarter of the campaign.
