The Strategy & Execution
We orchestrated a highly compressed, 14-day flash sale using urgency-driven Facebook and Instagram video ads. We created a high-converting landing page with a countdown timer. Leads were immediately pushed into a CRM that triggered an automated SMS sequence inviting them for a club tour within 24 hours.
The Results
The strong offer combined with the urgency of the countdown generated extreme local interest. The automated SMS follow-up resulted in a 40% increase in actual club tours. By the end of the 14 days, they secured 215 new 12-month contract memberships at a CPA of just $18.
