The Challenge
Lumina Apparel had amazing products but was stuck at $10k/month in revenue. Their Facebook ads were yielding a breakeven 1.2x ROAS, and iOS 14 updates had completely disrupted their tracking and targeting.
The Strategy & Execution
We implemented a full funnel strategy using Meta Ads. At the top of the funnel, we tested 40+ creative variations (UGC videos, carousels, and unboxing). We set up robust server-side tracking (CAPI) to recover lost data and deployed aggressive dynamic retargeting campaigns.
The Results
The creative testing revealed a winning UGC format that slashed CPA. Within 90 days, monthly revenue hit $104,000 with a blended ROAS of 8.5x. The brand successfully scaled beyond their initial target without eating into their profit margins.
